摘 要:化工园区作为现代工业的重要组成部分,在推动经济发展的同时也带来了显著的环境压力。环境影响评价(EIA)作为一种系统的方法,可在化工园区规划和运营过程中识别、预测和评估潜在的环境影响,以促进环境保护与可持续发展。本文系统研究了化工园区环境影响评价的理论基础、方法体系及其在实践中的应用效果,阐述了环境影响评价的基本概念及其在化工园区中应用的重要性,强调了EIA在化工园区规划阶段的关键作用,分析了当前化工园区环境影响评价的方法,包括定量与定性分析技术、综合评估模型及其适用性,探讨了不同方法在实际应用中的优势与局限,以及化工园区环境影响评价在实践中的具体应用,并结合最新的数据和统计分析,评估了EIA在污染物控制、生态保护和资源管理等方面的效果。As an important part of modern industry,chemical industry park not only brings significant environmental pressure,but also promotes economic development.As a systematic method,environmental impact assessment(EIA)aims to identify,predict and evaluate potential environmental impacts in the planning and operation process of chemical industrial parks to promote environmental protection and sustainable development.This paper systematically studies the theoretical basis and method system and its application effect in practice.Firstly,the basic concept of environmental impact assessment and its importance of application in chemical parks are expounded,emphasizing the key role of EIA in the planning stage of chemical parks.Secondly,the current methods of environmental impact assessment in chemical industry parks are analyzed,including quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques,comprehensive evaluation model and their applicability,and the advantages and limitations of different methods in practical application are discussed.Subsequently,this paper discusses the specific application of environmental impact assessment in practice,and combines the latest data and statistical analysis to evaluate the effect of EIA in pollutant control,ecological protection and resource management.
