摘  要:为了有效解决高等院校各二级学院之间多重信息系统同时存在但又相互独立所造成的信息孤岛现象,本文基于人工智能技术,以SOA为框架设计了一套档案管理分析及决策集成系统。通过SOA技术平台搭建了档案管理系统的分层服务和组织架构,并且在系统内部引入ESB总线,实现了各部分数据信息内容的交换与整合,实现了高等院校内部各二级学院之间的信息共享与业务互联互通。通过Web技术实现了多重信息的发布,在系统内部完成标准接口的信息传输,以CDA文档架构进行档案的集成和归类划分,基于XMLSchema技术实现了对档案管理的分析与决策,从而实现信息共享。该系统的运行和实施使高等院校档案管理系统具备了更为完善的业务交互能力,提高了内部各二级学院之间的信息共享与传输,为提升高校管理奠定了坚实的基础。In order to effectively solve the problem of information silos caused by multiple independent information systems existing simultaneously among secondary colleges in higher education institutions,this paper designs an integrated system for archive management analysis and decision-making based on artificial intelligence technology and SOA framework.We have built a hierarchical service and organizational structure for the archive management system through the SOA technology platform,and introduced an ESB bus within the system to achieve the exchange and integration of data and information content in various parts,as well as information sharing and business interconnection between secondary colleges within higher education institutions.Multiple information dissemination has been achieved through web technology,and standard interface information transmission has been completed within the system.CDA document architecture is used for integration and classification of archives,and XML Schema technology is used for analysis and decision-making of archive management,thereby achieving information sharing.The operation and implementation of this system have equipped the archives management system of higher education institutions with more comprehensive business interaction capabilities,improved information sharing and transmission among various secondary colleges,and laid a solid foundation for enhancing university management.
