摘 要:为改进软件质量和提高组织软件过程能力,本文提出了一种基于AHP与模糊综合评价模型的软件过程绩效评价方法。在对软件过程改进目标和项目研发特点进行分析的前提下,建立软件过程绩效评价指标体系。采用AHP法确定各因素指标对目标的权重值,在此基础上,结合模糊综合评价法对软件项目进行单因素评价,建立模糊关系矩阵,分析评价综合过程绩效,持续量化地改进软件过程能力。同时基于该方法给出了应用实例,实例分析结果验证了该评价方法的可行性。To improve software quality and enhance organizational software process capability,this paper proposes a software process performance evaluation method based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Based on the analysis of software process improvement goals and project development characteristics,establish a software process performance evaluation index system.Using the AHP method to determine the weight values of each factor indicator on the target,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct single factor evaluation of the software project,establish a fuzzy relationship matrix,analyze and evaluate the comprehensive process performance,and continuously quantify the improvement of software process capability.At the same time,application examples were provided based on this method,and the analysis results of the examples verified the feasibility of the evaluation method.
