云平台下档案数字化管理系统的架构设计与实现

摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,档案管理亟待从传统的纸质管理向数字化管理转型。特别是在云计算技术的推动下,档案数字化管理系统(ADMS)展示出了广泛的应用前景和显著的管理优势。本研究旨在设计并实现一个基于云平台的档案数字化管理系统架构,深入探讨系统设计的关键技术和实施策略,提高档案管理的效率和安全性。研究结果表明,利用云服务平台能有效整合资源,提升数据处理能力和系统可靠性,对于推动档案管理现代化具有重要意义。With the rapid development of information technology,archive management urgently needs to transform from traditional paper-based management to digital management.Especially driven by cloud computing technology,the Archive Digital Management System(ADMS)has demonstrated broad application prospects and significant management advantages.The aim of this study is to design and implement a cloud based digital archive management system architecture,explore the key technologies and implementation strategies of system design,and improve the efficiency and security of archive management.The research results indicate that utilizing cloud service platforms can effectively integrate resources,improve data processing capabilities and system reliability,which is of great significance for promoting the modernization of archive management.
