典型铁氧化物胶体对17β-E2的吸附过程与机理研究

摘  要:铁氧化物胶体作为农田地下环境中性质极其活跃的组分之一,与雌激素之间会发生复杂的界面交互作用。文章选择水铁矿、针铁矿与赤铁矿3种常见铁氧化物胶体,以及17β-雌二醇(17β-E2)作为研究对象,采用吸附批实验系统探索了铁氧化物胶体与17β-E2之间的界面动力学和等温吸附特征,考察了不同环境因子对界面交互作用的影响,并结合SEM、XRD、FTIR和XPS等方法深入揭示了铁氧化物胶体与17β-E2的界面交互作用机理。结果表明,水铁矿胶体与17β-E2的界面交互作用过程符合准二级动力学模型,而针铁矿胶体和赤铁矿胶体更符合准一级动力学模型;不同胶体的界面等温吸附过程符合Freundlich模型,因此,3种典型的铁氧化物胶体与17β-E2的界面交互作用均包括物理作用和化学作用;根据FTIR和XPS表征结果,水铁矿胶体吸附17β-E2的主要机理是表面-OH与17β-E2发生配体交换形成了内层配合物,针铁矿胶体是通过静电作用和表面Fe-OH与之形成内层配合物,赤铁矿胶体是通过静电作用和Fe-O键的断裂与17β-E2发生界面相互作用。研究结果可为科学评估17β-E2环境行为以及预测其环境风险提供理论依据。In order to explore the complex interface interaction between iron oxide colloids and estrogen in the subsurface environment of farmland,three common iron oxide colloids,namely ferrihydrite,goethite and hematite,as well as 17β-estradiol(17β-E2),were selected as the research objects,and the interface dynamics and isothermal adsorption characteristics between iron oxide colloids and 17β-E2 were explored by adsorption batch experimental system,and the effects of different environmental factors on the interface interaction were investigated.Combined with SEM,XRD,FTIR and XPS,the interfacial interaction mechanism between iron oxide colloids and 17β-E2 was deeply revealed.The results show that the interaction process between the ferrihydrite colloidal and 17β-E2 conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model,while the goethite colloidal and hematite colloids are more in line with the quasi-first-order kinetic model.The interfacial isothermal adsorption process of different colloids conforms to the Freundlich model,so the interfacial interactions between the three typical iron oxide colloids and 17β-E2 include physical and chemical interactions.According to the characterization results of FTIR and XPS,it was confirmed that the main mechanism of 17β-E2 adsorption by ferrihydrite colloids was the ligand exchange between surface-OH and 17β-E2 to form an inner complex.Goethite colloids form inner complexes with them through electrostatic action and surface Fe-OH.Hematite colloids interact with 17β-E2 through electrostatic interaction and the cleavage of Fe-O bonds.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for scientifically evaluating the environmental behavior of 17β-E2 and predicting its environmental risk.
