摘 要:为研究不同光照强度对超富集植物香根草(Vetiveria zizanioides)修复土壤铅(Pb)污染的影响,该研究通过盆栽试验,对比5000 lux(L1)、10000 lux(L2)、15000 lux(L3)、20000 lux(L4)光照强度处理下香根草生物量、对Pb的富集效果和净光合速率(Pn)等参数的变化。结果显示,L3、L4处理下,香根草的生物量、Pb含量、Pb富集量、Pb富集系数均较高,其中L4处理上述指标均最大;随着光照强度增强,净光合速率、水分利用效率及暗呼吸速率先升高后降低,其中L3处理最大;L3、L4处理的最大光化学量子产量、光化学猝灭系数显著高于L1、L2处理,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)随着光照强度的升高而降低;在10000~20000 lux光照强度下,香根草对Pb污染土壤的修复效率增加,其原因是香根草的光合效率增加和环境胁迫降低。研究结果可为利用香根草修复土壤Pb污染提供参考。To investigate the impact of varying light intensities on the remediation of soil lead(Pb)pollution using the hyperaccumulator plant Vetiveria zizanioides,a pot experiment was conducted.The experiment compared four light intensity treatments:5000 lux(L1),10000 lux(L2),15000 lux(L3),and 20000 lux(L4).The changes in biomass,Pb accumulation efficiency,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),and other parameters of Vetiveria zizanioides were examined.The findings indicated that under L3 and L4 treatments,the biomass,lead(Pb)content,Pb enrichment,and Pb enrichment coefficient of vetiver were elevated,with the highest values observed under L4 treatment.As light intensity increased,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE),and dark respiration rate(Rd)initially rose before declining,with the peak values recorded under L3 treatment.The maximum photochemical quantum yield(Fv/Fm)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)for L3 and L4 treatments were notably higher compared to L1 and L2 treatments,whereas the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)exhibited a decreasing trend with increasing light intensity.Under an irradiance intensity ranging from 10000 to 20000 lux,the repair efficiency of vetiver grass enhanced,attributed to the elevated photosynthetic efficiency and reduced environmental stress.The outcomes of this research can serve as a valuable reference for the utilization of vetiver in the remediation of soil lead(Pb)contamination.
