摘  要:为探究蜗舌相位角、蜗壳基圆半径和蜗舌半径等蜗壳型线参数对小型多翼离心风机气动性能的影响,采用正交试验设计方法对9组不同蜗壳结构进行了探究。通过数值模拟计算了风机的静压和效率,并结合极差分析法探讨了三种参数对风机性能的影响规律,最终优选出一款性能较好的蜗壳。研究结果表明,蜗舌相位角对风机静压和效率的影响最为显著,其次为蜗壳基圆半径,蜗舌半径的影响最小。进一步分析优化设计前后的风机性能变化,结果显示优化后风机静压提高了25.44Pa,相比原始风机,静压提升幅度为26.9%;风机效率提高了4.87%。优化设计有效改善了蜗壳内部的流动状况,提升了流动均匀性,显著降低了湍流强度,并抑制了蜗舌回流现象。In order to investigate the effects of volute profile such as volute tongue phase angle,volute base radius,and radius of tongue of case on the aerodynamic performance of small multi-blade centrifugal fans,an orthogonal experimental design was employed to explore nine different volute configurations.Numerical simulations were performed to calculate the static pressure and efficiency of the fan,and a range analysis method was used to analyze the influence of the three schemes on fan performance.A volute design with superior performance was ultimately selected.The results indicate that the volute tongue phase angle has the most significant effect on both static pressure and efficiency,followed by the volute base radius,while the volute tongue radius has the least impact.Further analysis of the performance changes before and after optimization revealed that the optimized fan exhibited an increase in static pressure by 25.44Pa,corresponding to a 26.9%improvement compared to the original fan,while the fan efficiency improved by 4.87%.The optimized design effectively enhanced the internal flow conditions of the volute,improving flow uniformity,significantly reducing turbulence intensity,and suppressing the occurrence of volute tongue recirculation.
