摘 要:航改燃气轮机的使用环境与航空发动机不同,其起动机的可选择性更多。为了研究航改燃气轮机起动机的起动特性,使其满足航改燃气轮机的冷运转、假开车、启封、油封和清洗等工作正常进行,本文以典型航改燃气轮机起动过程为例,详细分析不同阶段转子转动扭矩和阻力矩变化情况,得出制约起动机完成正常起动功能的关键参数和影响因素。列举了多种不同类型的起动机在航改燃气轮机中的可选择性及应用,通过对比不同类型起动机的优缺点和工作特性,得出航改燃气轮机起动机选择参数的确定准则。最后,结合航改燃气轮机的发展趋势和应用前景,为航改燃气轮机起动机的选择提供理论依据。Due to the operating environment of aero-derivative gas turbines is different from aero-engines,which bring more choices for starters used in aero-derivative gas turbines.To study the starting characteristics of aero-derivative gas turbine starters and ensure their normal operation during cold running,false starting,unsealing,oil sealing,and cleaning of the gas turbine,a typical start-up process of an aero-derivative gas turbine is taken as an example to analyze in detail the changes in rotor rotational torque and resisting torque at different stages.This analysis aims to identify the key parameters and influencing factors that constrain the starter's ability to perform its normal starting function.Various types of starters and their applicability in aeroderivative gas turbines are enumerated,and by comparing the advantages,disadvantages,and operational characteristics of different types of starters,the criteria for determining the selection parameters of aero-derivative gas turbine starters are derived.Finally,combining the development trends and application prospects of aero-derivative gas turbines,a theoretical basis is provided for the selection of starters for aero-derivative gas turbines.
