摘  要:叶轮是大型离心压缩机转子上的重要部件,其加工精度直接影响叶轮与主轴的配合质量,从而影响离心压缩机的运行效率及稳定性。本文以大型半开式叶轮锥度内孔的加工为主要研究对象,阐述了大型离心压缩机叶轮锥度内孔的结构特性,分析了叶轮锥度内孔磨削加工过程中的难点,同时讨论了在磨削加工过程中锥度内孔圆度超差、直线度超差、接触面积不良等问题及其原因,并提出了详细的锥度内孔磨削优化加工参数、解决方案及检测方法,通过装配验证,证明了方案有效可靠,提高了离心压缩机转子的整体装配精度。为大型离心压缩机叶轮锥度内孔的高精度加工提供了理论依据。The impeller is an important part of the rotor for large-scale centrifugal compressor.The impeller machining precision affects the matching quality of impeller and shaft,thus affecting the operating efficiency and stability of centrifugal compressor.The machining of the taper bore of large-scale semi-open impeller is taken as the main research object.The structural characteristics of the taper bore of the impeller is described in the paper,the difficulties in the grinding process of the taper bore of the impeller is analyzed,and the problems of the excessive roundness,linearity and poor contact area of the taper bore in the grinding process and the reason are discussed,and the detailed grinding optimization processing parameters,solutions and detection methods of the taper bore are put forward.Through the assemble verification after the process,it is proved that the process scheme is effective and reliable,and the overall assembly accuracy of the centrifugal compressor rotor is improved.A theoretical basis is provided for the high precision machining of the taper bore of large-scale centrifugal compressor impeller.
