摘  要:本文针对某离心压缩机组运行过程中振动骤升且趋近报警值的异常现象,采用数据分析及仿真模拟的方法挖掘故障根因。通过故障溯源发现压缩机转子二级回流器与三级叶轮存在动静干涉,长期运行造成三级叶轮叶片疲劳断裂,从而导致压缩机振动异常。基于故障根因分析结果提出了改进方案,即调整二级回流器叶片数量,规避动静干涉问题,改进后的压缩机运行情况良好。In view of the abnormal phenomenon of the sudden rose of vibration and approached to the alarm value during the operation of a centrifugal compressor unit,this paper used the method of data analysis and simulation to excavate the root cause of the fault.It was found that there was dynamic and static interference between the two-stage reflux device and the three-stage impeller of the compressor rotor through fault traceability,and the fatigue fracture of the three-stage impeller blade was caused by long-term operation,which led to the abnormal vibration of the compressor.Based on the results of the root cause analysis,an improved scheme was proposed,which was to adjust the number of the two-stage reflux device blades to avoid the dynamic and static interference,and the compressor has run well after reform.
