比较视角下的江门甘化厂钢筋混凝土预制双曲拱壳屋盖的建构分析

摘　　要：横向比较是对我国工业化早期建造史进行深入研究的重要视角。本文以文献、图纸、田野调查实物遗存和口述采访“四重互证”为基础,并以波兰相应建筑结构遗产技术资料为旁证,多方案研究了江门甘化厂钢筋混凝土预制双曲拱壳屋盖的主次结构受力原理、构件拆分、建造方式与步骤等建造信息,以3d打印模型复原了主体结构。这不但弥补了甘化厂工业遗产结构技术价值评判的空缺,铺垫此类技术遗产的群体比较与技术发展演进研究,也为“一带一路”国家文化战略提供支撑作用。Cross-regional comparative analysis serves as a critical methodological lens for examining the history of structural engineering technologies during China’s early industrialization.Employing a“fourfold cross-verification framework”—integrating archival documents,technical drawings,on-site material analysis,and oral histories—this study investigates the construction details of the reinforced concrete prefabricated double-curved arch-shell roof at the Jiangmen Ganhua Plant.Technical data from analogous architectural-structural heritage in Poland are incorporated as supplementary evidence to analyze both the primary and secondary structural systems.This approach not only addresses a critical gap in the technical valuation of Ganhua Plant’s industrial heritage,but also offers strategic support for cultural initiatives within the“Belt and Road Initiative”nations.
