摘 要:针对目前即热式铸铝加热体停水温升高,出水稳定性差的问题,通过建立CFD模型研究了2 mm、3 mm及4 mm旁通管径与1弯管结构及3弯管结构下的加热体加热速度、停水温升、旁通管内流量,加热体温度场等不同性能参数。研究结果表明,加热体增加旁通预混装置可以有效降低加热体停水温升,提升用户洗浴体验,但增加旁通预混结构会提升加热体表面温度、增加加热体加热速度。另外,研究发现减小旁通管径比更改旁通弯管结构对管内流量变化的影响更为明显。In response to the current problem of high closed water temperature and poor user experience in instantaneous heating aluminum casting heating elements,a CFD model was established to study different performance parameters such as heating speed,closed water temperature rise,flow rate inside the bypass tube,and heating temperature field of the heating element under 2 mm,3 mm,and 4 mm bypass tube diameters and 1 and 3 bend tube structures.The results of the study show that adding a bypass premix device to the heating element can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the heating element and improve the user's bathing experience.However,adding a bypass premix device will increase the surface temperature of the heating element and increase the heating speed of the heating element.In addition,it was found that reducing the diameter of the bypass pipe has a more significant impact on the flow rate changes inside the pipe than changing the structure of the bypass bend.
