摘  要:R1234yf和R1234ze(E)作为热泵热水系统中的新型、环保制冷工质,但在储水式热泵热水器中的使用仍较少,因此针对R1234yf和R1234ze(E)在空气源储水式热泵热水器系统中的运行特性展开了实验研究。研究了R1234yf充注量、工作环境温度对R1234yf运行性能的影响。对于被测热泵热水器系统,实验结果表明R1234yf的最佳充注量为1000 g,对应的系统平均制热量为5170 W,平均制热COP为4.24;在热泵工作允许范围内,系统平均制热量和平均制热COP均随环境温度的升高而提高。对比研究了R1234yf和R1234ze(E)运行特性的不同,得出在热泵热水器系统中使用R1234ze(E)时,系统的排气压力和排气温度均更低,R1234ze(E)在高水温工况下具有较好的制热应用潜力。R1234yf and R1234ze(E)are new environmentally friendly refrigeration working substances in heat pump hot water systems,but they are still less applied in heat pump water heater with storage tank.Therefore,the operating characteristics of R1234yf and R1234ze(E)in a storage-type heat pump water heater system was investigated.The effects of R1234yf charge amount and operating ambient temperature on its operating characteristics were experimentally studied.For the heat pump water heater system established in this study,the optimal R1234yf charge amount is 1000 g,with heating capacity of 5170 W and a heating COP of 4.24.Within the allowable range of the heat pump,higher ambient temperature leads to greater heating capacity and higher heating COP.A comparative study on the differences in operating characteristics between R1234yf and R1234ze(E)showed that R1234ze(E)has lower operating exhaust pressure and temperature when used in the heat pump water heater system,and has good application potential in high water temperature conditions.
