摘　　要：介绍了高沸点硫醇甲基锡热稳定剂的开发背景、生产原理、工艺流程和合成方法。找到了适宜的酯,考察了物料配比、反应温度、酸度、时间等参数对收率的影响。然后采用正交试验优化了控制条件。最后使用同步热分析仪、开放式炼塑机及转矩流变仪测试发现,该新型热稳定剂具有沸点高、热稳定性能优异、透明度高、润滑性好、成本低廉、无毒等特点,能够满足PVC型材、管材、片材、异型材、管件、板材、膜等制品的加工要求。This paper introduced the development background,production principle,process flow,and synthesis method of high boiling point thiol methyl tin heat stabilizers.With suitable esters,this paper investigates the effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,acidity,time,and other parameters on the product yield.Then,orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the control conditions.Finally,adopting a synchronous thermal analyzer,an open type plasticizing machine,and a torque rheometer,this study found that the newly prepared heat stabilizers have the characteristics of high boiling point,excellent thermal stability,high transparency,good lubricity,low cost,and non toxicity,and can meet the processing requirements of PVC profiles,pipes,sheets,profiles,fittings,plates,films,and other products.
