摘  要:为实现碳纤维/聚醚醚酮汽车制造复合材料的有效焊接,替代传统的胶合连接和机械连接,研究采用金属电阻网对树脂胶膜和碳纤维/聚醚醚酮复合基材实施高温加热处理,进而以焊接的方式实现基体材料的黏结。为验证电阻焊接工艺的有效性,研究采用电子万能试验机对复合材料试件接头位置进行剪切强度测试,采用扫描电子显微镜对接头断口形貌进行观测。经测试分析后发现,当电阻焊接的加热温度为430℃、焊接时间为10 s时,碳纤维/聚醚醚酮复合材料接头位置的剪切强度达到40 MPa以上的最高水平,可满足汽车配件的生产制造需求,具有一定的应用价值。In order to achieve effective welding of carbon fiber/polyether ether ketone composite materials for automotive manufacturing,replacing traditional adhesive and mechanical connections,a study was conducted on the high-temperature heating treatment of resin film and carbon fiber/polyether ether ketone composite substrate using metal resistance mesh,and then the bonding of the matrix material was achieved through welding.To verify the effectiveness of resistance welding technology,an electronic universal testing machine was used to conduct shear strength testing on the joint position of composite material specimens,and a scanning electron microscope was used to observe the fracture morphology of the joint.After testing and analysis,it was found that when the heating temperature of resistance welding is 430℃and the welding time is 100 seconds,the shear strength at the joint position of carbon fiber/polyether ether ketone composite material reaches the highest level of over 40 MPa,which can meet the production and manufacturing needs of automotive parts and has certain practical value.
