摘 要:非邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的研发越来越受到人们的关注,从专利统计数据看,国内创新主体已经具备一定的创新能力,但在非邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,特别是环保型生物基增塑剂领域相对薄弱。本文重点介绍了近5年来聚酯类增塑剂、环己烷羧酸酯类增塑剂、环氧化增塑剂、对苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂及其他环境友好型生物基增塑剂的研究现状,以及部分非邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的单剂/复配方式、增塑剂性能、行业领导者的研发重点,并基于研究进展,对其发展前景进行了展望。More and more attentions have been given to non-phthalates plasticizers in recent years.Based on statistical patent data,Chinese patent applicants have primary innovation ability,but relatively weak in the field of non-phthalate plasticizers,especially in eco-friendly bio-based plasticizers.This paper mainly introduced polyester plasticizers,cyclohexane carboxylate plasticizers,epoxy compound plasticizers,terephthalate plasticizers and the other similar green plasticizers in recent five years.And it also focused on non-phthalates plasticizers about single/compound plasticizers,plasticizing effect and research emphasis of the market leaders.Finally,based on the present research progress,the applications and the promising directions are prospected.
