摘 要:综述了阻燃剂的种类、阻燃机理、常见建筑用阻燃塑料的种类和性能特点以及阻燃塑料面临的挑战与发展趋势。阻燃聚氯乙烯、阻燃聚氨酯、阻燃聚苯乙烯和阻燃酚醛树脂是目前在建筑工程领域常用的阻燃塑料,根据它们的特点可以被用于管道、电线电缆护套、地板和墙板、墙体和房顶保温层等建筑工程。尽管当前阻燃塑料在实际应用中面临环保、成本和性能平衡难以实现等挑战,但绿色环保阻燃剂、纳米技术和复合阻燃技术的发展将推动阻燃塑料在建筑工程中的进一步应用和创新。This paper overviews the classification of flame retardants,flame retardant mechanisms,common types and performance characteristics of flame-retardant plastics used in construction,as well as the challenges and development trends faced by flame-retardant plastics.The flame-retardant plastics including polyvinyl chloride,polyurethane,polystyrene,and phenolic resin are commonly used in the field of construction engineering.Based on their various features,they can be used for line pipes,wire and cable sheaths,flooring and wall panels,as well as insulation layers for walls and roofs.Although flame-retardant plastics currently face challenges such as environmental issues,cost,and difficulty in achieving a balance of performance in practical applications,the development of green and environmentally friendly flame retardants,nanotechnology,and composite flame retardant technologies will promote the further application and innovation of flame-retardant plastics in construction engineering.
