摘　　要：为探索远航途中潜伏性呼吸道传染病的防控策略,本文回顾分析远航途中1起肺结核和1起水痘病例的发生和处置。肺结核病例可能由潜伏性结核杆菌感染进展为活动性肺结核导致,水痘病例可能由1名体内潜伏的水痘-带状疱疹病毒激活引起带状疱疹的患者传染导致;对两起病例及时采取人员隔离和环境消杀等措施,未导致感染扩散。本文结果表明,某些呼吸道传染病处于长潜伏期是远航途中呼吸道传染病发生的重要原因,远航前询问流行病学史、了解常见呼吸道传染病的潜伏期、必要时进行抗体筛查及疫苗接种等相关措施十分重要。To explore the prevention and control strategies for latent respiratory infectious diseases during long voyages,this article retrospectively analyzed the occurrences of one case of tuberculosis and one case of chickenpox,along with their corresponding handling measures during long voyages.The tuberculosis case may progress from latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection to active tuberculosis,while the chickenpox case may be caused by the activation of latent varicella-zoster virus in a patient,leading to herpes zoster and subsequent transmission.Timely measures such as isolation of individuals and environmental disinfection were implemented for both cases,preventing the spread of infection.The findings of this study indicated that the long incubation period of certain respiratory infectious diseases is a significant factor in their occurrences during long voyages.It is crucial to inquire about epidemiological history,understand the incubation periods of common respiratory infectious diseases,and,when necessary,conduct antibody screening and vaccination before embarking on long voyages.
