摘　　要：回顾医院船海外码头医疗点护理人员组成,分析突发公共卫生事件期间码头医疗点服务前护理工作的准备及任务期间护理岗位的设置。通过此次任务的圆满执行,提出充足的护理人力配备是确保任务圆满完成的前提,完善的护理管理制度是任务圆满完成的必要保障,提高护理人员核心胜任力是军事医学发展的必然要求。This article reviewed the composition of nursing staff at the dock medical area of hospital ship during an overseas medical service mission,and analyzed the preparation of nursing work before the service at the dock medical area,as well as the setting of nursing positions of the medical service mission,in the background of public health emergency.Based on the successful completion of the medical service mission,this article draws the following conclusions:adequate staffing of nursing personnel is a prerequisite for the successful completion of medical service mission,a comprehensive nursing management system is essential to ensure the successful completion of medical service mission,and enhancing the core competencies of nursing staff is an inevitable requirement for the development of military medicine.
