几种混凝土用固态参比电极的综合性能对比研究

摘  要:固态参比电极被广泛用于监测钢筋腐蚀和混凝土中Cl浓度,是监测混凝土结构耐久性的核心元件之一。目前,固态参比电极在混凝土环境中难以满足参比电极的各项性能要求,遴选综合性能良好的固态参比电极至关重要。本文分别在模拟孔隙液和砂浆中对比了粉体MnO_(2)参比电极、胶体MnO_(2)参比电极、镍铁氧体(NiFe_(2)O_(4))固态参比电极和石墨电极的重现性、稳定性,以及各参比电极对温度、pH、氧浓度和Cl浓度的敏感性,综合分析了不同固态参比电极的性能。结果表明粉体MnO_(2)电极重现性、稳定性较好,对Cl不敏感;胶体MnO_(2)电极对pH不敏感;NiFe_(2)O_(4)固态参比电极对温度、氧含量不敏感。综合而言,在模拟混凝土孔隙液中,粉体MnO_(2)参比电极的综合性能最佳;在砂浆体系的短期试验中,粉体MnO_(2)电极、胶体MnO_(2)电极、NiFe_(2)O_(4)电极性能相差较小,几种电极的长期性能仍有待进一步验证。Solid-state reference electrodes were widely adopted to monitor the corrosion of reinforcement and chloride ion concentration in concrete protective layers,which is one of the core components of the durability monitoring equipment for concrete structures.In present,the existing electrodes cannot satisfy all the application requirements of solid-state reference electrodes in concrete environments.Thus,it is important to select solid-state reference electrodes with favorable comprehensive performance.In this article,the repeatability and stability of powder MnO_(2) reference electrode,colloidal MnO_(2) reference electrode,nickel ferrite(NiFe_(2)O_(4))solid reference electrode,and graphite electrode were compared in simulated pore solution and mortar,respectively.The sensitivities of these reference electrodes also were compared when they were used in multiple operating conditions,such as different temperatures,pH values,oxygen concentrations,and chloride ion concentrations etc.The comprehensive properties of various solid-state reference electrodes were analyzed by weighing method.The results show that the powder MnO_(2) electrode has favorable reproducibility and stability,but it was not sensitive to the pH value in the concrete environment.In comparison,the NiFe_(2)O_(4) solid-state reference electrode was insensitive to temperature and oxygen content.In summary,the powder MnO_(2) reference electrode displayed the best comprehensive properties in the simulated pore solution.For the short-term testing in mortar,slight differences were observed in the properties of the powder MnO_(2) electrode,colloidal MnO_(2) electrode,and nickel ferrite electrode,and further research needs to be performed on the long-term performance of the three electrodes in concrete environments.
