摘　　要：间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)因其丰富的生物效应已广泛运用于修复再生领域的研究。然而,MSCs细胞疗法运用于慢性创面的治疗尚存在诸多局限,如细胞归巢能力低、存活率下降、恶性分化风险等。近年来,关于MSCs分泌组的研究取得较新进展,基于间充质干细胞分泌组的无细胞疗法有待成为提高MSCs生物利用度治疗慢性创面的新策略。本文就MSCs分泌组疗法的优势,作用于创面的机制,优化分泌组治疗效果的预处理方式进行讨论,并总结近年来MSCs条件培养基、MSCs细胞外囊泡治疗常见慢性创面的研究进展,为后续MSCs分泌组治疗慢性创面的临床研究提供参考。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are widely used in the field of repair and regeneration because of their numerous biological effects.However,MSC cell therapy for chronic wounds has a number of drawbacks,including a limited ability to homing living cells,a lower survival rate,and the possibility of malignant differentiation.Recent advances have been made in the study of MSCs secretome,and cell-free therapy based on MSC secretome is considered to be a novel strategy for enhancing MSC bioavailability to treat chronic wounds.In this paper,the benefits of MSC secretome therapy,the mechanism by which the secretome acts on the wound,preconditioning methods to improve the secretome therapeutic potential were all discussed,and the research status of MSCs conditioned medium and MSCs extracellular vesicles was summarized,laying the groundwork for future clinical trials.
