兰州市某眼科医院不同工作年限医务人员颈椎功能障碍的差异分析

摘　　要：目的:研究不同工作年限眼科医院医务人员颈椎功能障碍类型的差异,为了解眼科医务人员颈椎状况提供参考依据。方法:选取2022年8—10月兰州市某眼科医院所有持有医师或护士资格证书的237名在岗医务人员。采用颈椎功能障碍指数(Neck disability index,NDI)量表评估颈椎功能(包括颈痛及其并发症、日常生活活动能力),比较不同工作年限眼科医务人员颈椎功能障碍类型的差异。结果:237名眼科医务人员的NDI评分为14.86分。在量表阅读维度方面,工作年限20~25年、>25年的眼科医务人员障碍程度最大,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.693,P<0.05);在驾驶维度方面,工作年限>25年的眼科医院人员障碍程度最大,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.056,P<0.05);在娱乐维度方面,工作年限>25年的眼科医院人员障碍程度最大,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.738,P<0.05);个人护理、工作维度中各工作年限比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为4.241、7.249,P>0.05)。结论:长期工作的眼科医务人员更易受颈椎功能障碍的影响,特别是在阅读、提起重物、娱乐和驾驶等日常生活活动方面,对他们的生活质量有显著不利影响。OBJECTIVE To study the difference of cervical spine dysfunction among medical staff in ophthalmology hospital in different working years,and to provide some reference for understanding the cervical spine status of medical staff in ophthalmology hospital.METHODS Neck disability index(NDI)was used to evaluate the cervical spine function(including neck pain and its complications,and the ability of daily living)of 237 ophthalmic medical personnel.The differences in the types of cervical spine dysfunction among medical personnel with different working years were compared.RESULTS The cervical spine dysfunction scale scores of 237 ophthalmologists were 14.86 points.In the reading dimension of the scale,the working years of 20~25 years and>25 years had the highest degree of impairment(χ^(2)=11.693,P<0.05).In the driving dimension,the degree of impairment in>25 years was the largest(χ^(2)=12.056,P<0.05).In the entertainment dimension,the impairment degree of>25 years was the highest(χ^(2)=14.738,P<0.05).In the scale of personal care and work dimension,there was no statistical significance in the difference of working years(χ^(2)=4.241,7.249,P>0.05).CONCLUSION The health level of cervical vertebrae of ophthalmologists needs to be improved.Ophthalmologists with different working years have been affected in reading,lifting heavy objects,entertainment and driving,which has a huge impact on the quality of life of medical personnel,so actively preventing the occurrence of cervical spondylosis of ophthalmologists helps to improve the health level and quality of life of ophthalmologists.
