2014—2023年通渭县疑似预防接种异常反应监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2014—2023年甘肃省通渭县疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse event following immunization,AEFI)的报告情况和分布特征,为进一步提升AEFI监测工作质量提供依据。方法:通过“中国疾病预防控制信息系统免疫规划信息系统”收集2014—2023年通渭县报告的AEFI个案信息,通过“中国免疫规划信息管理平台”收集疫苗接种数据,运用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果:2014—2023年通渭县共报告AEFI病例3389例,报告发生率为417.95/10万。其中,一般反应3374例,占全部报告病例的99.56%。AEFI报告发生率排名前3位的疫苗分别是无细胞百白破疫苗、白破疫苗、麻风疫苗。在疫苗接种后1 d内发生的AEFI病例最多,占全部报告病例的95.22%;发生后在1 d内就诊的AEFI病例最多,占全部报告病例的98.91%。结论:2014—2023年通渭县AEFI病例报告发生率总体平稳,监测数据质量较高,监测敏感性维持在较高水平,不良反应以一般反应为主。OBJECTIVE To analyze adverse event following immunization(AEFI)in Tongwei County of Gansu from 2014 to 2023 for providing.METHODS AEFI cases in Tongwei County from 2014 to 2023 were collected through the“China Disease Control Information System”,vaccination data were collected through the“China Immunization Program Information Management Platform”and analyzed by description epidemiological methods.RESULTS 3389 AEFI cases were reported in Tongwei County from 2014 to 2023,with a reported incidence of 4.18‰,including 3374 general reactions,accounting for 99.56%of the reported cases.The top three vaccines with AEFI after vaccination were DPT vaccine,DPT vaccine and leprosy vaccine,and the incidence of DPT vaccine was the highest.AEFI occurring within 1 day after vaccination accounted for 95.22%of cases and 98.91%of visits within 1 day after occurrence.CONCLUSION From 2014 to 2023,the reported incidence of AEFI cases was generally stable,the quality of monitoring data was high,the monitoring sensitivity was maintained at a high level,and the adverse reactions were mainly general reactions.
