苏州市姑苏区0~6岁儿童家长水痘相关知识知晓情况及疫苗接种意愿调查

摘　　要：目的:了解苏州市姑苏区0~6岁儿童家长水痘相关知识知晓情况及疫苗接种意愿,为有针对性地开展健康教育提供依据,以巩固免疫防控效果。方法:2024年3—4月,采用简单随机抽样法在姑苏区儿童预防接种门诊中随机选取789名0~6岁儿童家长,对其水痘相关知识的认知情况及疫苗接种意愿进行问卷调查。结果:儿童家长水痘相关知识知晓率为55.68%,各项水痘相关知识回答正确率在29.41%~89.06%之间。水痘相关知识知晓率与儿童家长性别、年龄、文化程度、职业有关(P<0.05)。其中,儿童母亲、文化程度为大专/本科及以上、职业为企事业单位人员的儿童家长知晓率高。10.12%的儿童家长表示暂无疫苗接种意愿,主要由于时间不方便及担心疫苗安全有效性。结论:应针对性地加强水痘宣传教育工作,并根据儿童家长实际需求设置预防接种门诊时间。OBJECTIVE To understand the cognition of varicella and the vaccination intention of the parents with children aged 0~6 years old in Gusu district,and provide a basis to carry out health education,and consolidate the effectiveness of immunization prevention.METHODS It was used to understand the knowledge of varicella in parents whose kids were at age 0~6 in Gusu district by questionnaire,and the influencing factors of voluntary vaccination from March to April in 2024.RESULTS The parents’awareness rate of varicella was 55.68%,and the awareness rate of each knowledge point was 29.41%~89.06%.There was relative between the awareness rate of gender,age,educational level,and occupation(P<0.05).Higher awareness rate was related to parents’status as female,higher educational level,and the employees of enterprises and institutions.10.12%of the parents of children indicated that they had no intention of vaccination,because of inconvenient time and concerns about vaccine safety and effectiveness.CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen varicella publicity and education work,and set up vaccination clinics according the actual demands.
