2022年重庆市万州区老年人健康素养水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:掌握重庆市万州区老年人健康素养水平及其影响因素,为提升老年人健康素养水平以及实施积极应对人口老龄化的国家战略提供参考。方法:2022年7—8月,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法,在重庆市万州区抽取400名≥60岁老年人进行问卷调查,采用全国统一编制的“中国老年人健康素养调查问卷”了解调查对象的健康素养水平,主要内容包括人口学信息、基本健康知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能等。结果:老年人总体健康素养水平为13.25%,其中基本健康知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3方面的健康素养水平分别为8.50%、29.50%、46.75%。logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、个人月收入是老年人健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:万州区老年人健康素养水平较低,应倡导树立“主动健康”理念,提高老年人主动健康能力,让老年人乐享健康生活。OBJECTIVE To understand the health literacy level of the elderly in Wanzhou District of Chongqing and its influenc⁃ing factors,and to provide references for improving the health literacy level of the elderly and implementing the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.METHODS From July to August in 2022,a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 400 elderly people aged 60 and above in Wanzhou District for a questionnaire survey.The“Health Liter⁃acy Survey Questionnaire for the Elderly in China”uniformly compiled by the country was used to understand the health literacy level of the respondents.The main contents included demographic information,basic health knowledge and concepts,healthy life⁃styles and behaviors,and basic skills.RESULTS The health literacy level of the elderly was 13.25%,among which the literacy levels in basic knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyles and behaviors,and health skills were 8.50%,29.50%,and 46.75%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,and personal monthly income were the influencing factors of the health literacy level of the elderly(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The health literacy level of the elderly in Wanzhou District is relatively low.It is necessary to advocate the concept of“active health”,improve the active health ability of the elderly,and enable them to enjoy a healthy life.
