摘  要:为提升装配式剪力墙施工效率并保障其抗震性能,本文提出了一种新型混凝土模块化集成建筑灌芯剪力墙结构。该结构通过在预制墙体内预设灌芯孔道并二次浇筑混凝土,形成整体式连接。基于低周往复荷载试验,设计两片灌芯剪力墙与一片现浇剪力墙进行对比分析,以研究该类新型灌芯剪力墙整体结构的抗震性能。试验结果显示,各试件的裂缝发展情况大致相同,且灌芯剪力墙会在中间灌芯区域形成清晰的竖缝。灌芯剪力墙的极限承载力为1603.45kN,现浇剪力墙的极限承载力为1767.53kN,两者差值为9.28%,说明其承载能力相当。灌芯剪力墙延性系数为2.32,现浇剪力墙的延性系数为2.29,其差值为1.31%,此外,灌芯剪力墙在能量吸收与耗散方面具有显著优势。综上所述,新型灌芯剪力墙结构具有良好的抗震性能和能量吸收特性,其承载能力和延性与现浇剪力墙相当,且在施工效率上具有明显优势,可作为装配式建筑中的一种高效抗震结构形式。In order to improve the construction efficiency of the prefabricated shear wall and guarantee its seismic performance,this paper proposes a new concrete modular integrated building core filling shear wall structure.The structure forms a monolithic connection by presetting core-filled apertures in the precast wall and pouring concrete twice.Based on the low-cycle reversed loading test,two pieces of core-filled shear walls are designed to be compared and analyzed with one piece of cast-in-place shear wall in order to study the seismic performance of this new type of core-filled shear wall monolithic structure.The experimental findings revealed that all specimens exhibited similar crack propagation patterns,with distinct vertical cracks observed in the core-filled regions of the innovative walls.The ultimate bearing capacity of the core-filled shear wall is 1603.45 kN,and that of the cast-in-place shear wall is 1767.53 kN,with a difference of 9.28%,which indicates that their bearing capacities are comparable.The ductility coefficient of the core-filled shear wall is 2.32,and the ductility coefficient of the cast-in-place shear wall is 2.29,with a difference of 1.31%.In addition,the core-filled shear wall has a significant advantage in energy absorption and dissipation.In summary,the new core-filled shear wall structure has good seismic performance and energy absorption characteristics,and its bearing capacity and ductility are comparable to that of cast-in-place shear wall,and it has obvious advantages in construction efficiency,so it can be used as a form of high-efficiency seismic-resistant structure in prefabricated buildings.
