摘 要:为提升双线竹芋组培成苗的品质,探索不同无机盐种类和浓度对成苗数、黄叶率、变异率的影响,设计L_(9)(3^(4))的正交试验,研究氯化钙(CaCl_(2))、硫酸镁(MgSO_(4))、微量元素(Micro)以及铁盐(EDTA-Fe),在0.5X、1.0X、1.5X(X指MS中的浓度)三个浓度条件下对双线竹芋成苗的影响。结果表明,四种无机盐种类和浓度对双线竹芋组培成苗的影响程度不同。其中,CaCl_(2)对黄叶率的影响最大,差异极显著,当CaCl_(2)浓度为1.5X时,黄叶率最低,为5.88%;Micro对变异率的影响最大,差异极显著,当浓度为1.0X时,变异率最低,为8.13%。综合各因素对双线竹芋成苗各指标的影响,当CaCl_(2)浓度为1.5X,MgSO4浓度为1.5X,Micro浓度为1.0X,EDTA-Fe浓度为0.5X时,双线竹芋组培成苗的生长效果最优。With the aim to promote the quality of plantlets,explored the effects of different kinds of inorganic salts and concentrations on the number of seedings,yellow leaves rate and mutation rates of Calathea sanderiana.By using L9(34)orthogonal test,the effects of calcium chloride(CaCl_(2)),magnesium sulfate(MgSO4),trace elements(Micro)and ferric salt(EDTA-Fe)on the seedling of Calathea sanderiana were studied under the condition of three concentrations,0.5X,1.0Xand 1.5X(X=the concentration in MS).The results showed that the four kinds of inorganic salts had different effects on the plantlets of Calathea sanderiana.The influence of CaCl_(2) was the greatest on yellow leaves rate and the difference was very significant.When the concentration of CaCl_(2) was 1.5X,the lowest yellow leaves rate was 5.88%.The influence of Micro was the greatest on mutation rate and the difference was very significant.When the concentration of Micro was 1.0X,the lowest mutation rate was 8.13%.Taken together,when the concentration of CaCl_(2) was 1.5X,and the concentration of MgSO4 was 1.5X,and the concentration of Micro was 1.0X,and the concentration of EDTA-Fe was 0.5X,the growth of plantlets was the best.
