摘  要:为了研究热处理温度、时间以及介质对NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝的影响,采用纤维卷曲弹性仪与XN-1A氨纶强伸度弹性测试仪测试NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝的卷曲性能、力学性能及弹性性能。结果表明:随着热处理时间的延长与温度的升高,NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝的卷曲率、卷曲回复率和卷曲弹性率会增大并趋于稳定,其它条件相同时,湿热处理比干热处理的长丝具有更好的卷曲率、卷曲回复率和卷曲弹性率;随着热处理时间的延长与温度的升高,长丝的断裂伸长率增加、断裂强力下降,长丝断裂伸长率从40.77%增加到99.52%,断裂强力从137.63 cN降低到116.37 cN,其它条件相同时,湿热处理比干热处理的长丝的断裂伸长率更大,断裂强力更小;随着热处理时间的延长与温度的升高,长丝的弹性回复率、塑性变形率略有提高,其弹性回复率在91.5%左右,塑性变形率在3%左右,其它条件相同时,湿热处理长丝与干热处理长丝的弹性回复率相差不大,湿热处理长丝的塑性变形率要略大一些。In order to study the effects of heat treatment temperature,time and medium on the NEDDP/PBT parallel composite filament,the curling properties,mechanical properties and elastic properties of the NEDDP/PBT parallel composite filament were tested by using a fiber curling elasticity instrument and an XN-1A nylon elongation and elasticity tester.The results show that as the heat treatment time increases and the temperature rises,the curling rate,curling recovery rate,and curling elasticity rate of the NEDDP/PBT parallel composite filament will increase and stabilize.Other conditions being the same,the filament with wet heat treatment has better curling rate,curling recovery rate and curling elasticity rate than the filament with dry heat treatment.As the heat treatment time increases and the temperature rises,the elongation at break of the filament increases and the breaking strength decreases.The elongation at break of the filament increases from 40.77 % to 99.52 %,and the breaking strength decreases from 137.63 cN to 116.37 cN.Other conditions being the same,the filament with wet heat treatment has a larger elongation at break and a smaller breaking strength than the filament with dry heat treatment.As the heat treatment time increases and the temperature rises,the elastic recovery rate and plastic deformation rate of the filament increase slightly.The elastic recovery rate is around 91.5 % and the plastic deformation rate is around 3 %.Other conditions being the same,the elastic recovery rate of the filament with wet heat treatment is similar to that of the filament with dry heat treatment,but the plastic deformation rate of the filament with wet heat treatment is slightly larger.
