摘  要:为解决基于相位编码的三维形状测量系统中投影图案数量较多的问题,提出一种基于复用与分段相位编码的三维形状测量方法。该方法首先利用2+1相移法获得包裹相位,通过对其中白场图进行复用并结合两张分段相位编码图案来获取码字信息。其次,引入一张二值图,利用二值图包含的信息对分段相位编码获得的码字进行编码,从而得到与包裹相位周期相对应的条纹级次。最后,采用分区间相位展开方法来恢复绝对相位,结合标定参数,实现对物体三维形状的测量。实验结果表明,该方法相比于其他分段相位编码法可有效减少3张辅助图案,并在测量精度方面相较于S分段相位编码与传统方法分别提高了18.15%和11.13%。In order to solve the problem of a large number of projection patterns in a three-dimensional shape measurement system based on phase encoding,a three-dimensional shape measurement method based on multiplexing and segmented phase encoding is proposed.This method first uses the 2+1 phase shift method to obtain the wrapped phase,and then obtains the codeword information by multiplexing the white field image and combining the two segmented phase encoding patterns.Secondly,a binary image is introduced,and the information contained in the binary image is used to encode the code words obtained by segmented phase encoding,thereby obtaining the fringe order corresponding to the wrapped phase period.Finally,the inter-partition phase expansion method is used to recover the absolute phase,and combined with the calibration parameters,the three-dimensional shape of the object is measured.Experimental results show that compared with other segmented phase encoding methods,this method can effectively reduce 3 auxiliary patterns,and the measurement accuracy is improved by 18.15%and 11.13%compared with S segmented phase encoding and traditional methods respectively.
