摘　　要：在深入分析目前航空装备保障类课程思政课堂教学施训过程中存在问题的基础上,通过剖析学员情况、课程内容和岗位职责,提出航空装备保障类课程思政元素体系化构建的观点。通过系统阐述课程思政元素体系化建设的背景与意义、总体建设思路和具体实施路径,实现将课程思政元素体系化融入课堂教学的过程,助力学员提升系统思维、增强大局意识,更深刻理解岗位、职责与使命。探讨航空装备保障类课程思政元素体系化构建的方法。通过对课程思政元素的深入分析和整合,形成一套完整的思政元素体系,为航空装备保障类课程的思政教育提供参考。On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problems in the process of ideological and political classroom teaching and training of aviation equipment support courses,the concept of integrating ideological and political elements into classroom teaching is proposed through the analysis of students’situation,course content and job responsibilities.This paper systematically elaborates on the background and significance,the overall construction ideas and specific implementation path,integrating the ideological and political elements into the process of classroom teaching,helping students improve system thinking,enhance the overall situation consciousness,understanding the jobs,responsibility and mission.This paper discusses the systematic construction method of ideological and political elements of aviation equipment support course.Through the in-depth analysis and integration of the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,a complete system of ideological and political elements is formed to provide reference for the ideological and political education of aviation equipment support courses.
