摘  要:纺织印染行业具有高能耗、高水耗特点,对印染废水高效处理使其达到排放或者回用标准对该行业可持续发展有重要意义。文章利用嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.ferrooxidans)休止细胞生物合成黄钾铁矾,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对黄钾铁矾进行表征和分析。同时,以实际印染废水为处理对象,生物成因黄钾铁矾为类Fenton催化剂,探究黄钾铁矾投加量、H_(2)O_(2)浓度、初始pH、反应时间等因素对印染废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,T=25℃、黄钾铁矾投加量为7.5 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)浓度为1200 mg/L、pH=2.00、反应3 h时,化学需氧量(COD)、总有机碳(TOC)和色度的去除率最高,分别可达54.88%、89.95%和94.02%。黄钾铁矾具有良好的重复利用性能,经过6次重复使用后,印染废水COD、TOC、色度去除率仅下降了4.88%、15.86%、4.02%。对照试验表明,黄钾铁矾作为异相类Fenton催化剂时,其催化效率明显高于传统Fenton反应,COD、TOC和色度的去除率分别提高了16.77%、31.27%和43.78%。该研究结果为拓展黄钾铁矾作为异相类Fenton催化剂在印染废水处理中的应用提供了新思路。The textile printing and dyeing industry is characterized by high energy consumption and high water consumption.Efficient treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater to make it meet the discharge or reuse standards is of great significance for the sustainable development of this industry.The resting cells of A.ferrooxidans were used to biosynthesize jarosite,and jarosite was characterized and analyzed by an X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and a scanning electron microscope(SEM).At the same time,taking the actual printing and dyeing wastewater as the treatment object and the biogenic jarosite as the Fenton-like catalyst,the influences of factors such as the dosage of jarosite,the concentration of H_(2)O_(2),the initial pH,and the reaction time on the treatment effect of printing and dyeing wastewater were investigated.The results showed that when T=25℃,the dosage of jarosite was 7.5 g/L,the concentration of H_(2)O_(2)was 1,200 mg/L,pH=2.00,and the reaction time was 3 h,the highest removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total organic carbon(TOC),and chromaticity could reach 54.88%,89.95%,and 94.02%respectively.Jarosite had good reusability performance.After being reused for 6 times,the removal rates of COD,TOC,and chromaticity of the printing and dyeing wastewater only decreased by 4.88%,15.86%,and 4.02%respectively.The control experiment showed that when jarosite was used as a heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst,its catalytic efficiency was significantly higher than that of the traditional Fenton reaction,and the removal rates of COD,TOC,and chromaticity were increased by 16.77%,31.27%,and 43.78%respectively.The research results provided a new idea for expanding the application of jarosite as a heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
