摘  要:基于中国颁布的最新标准及规范,选取北京市12个监测点,从二氧化硫(SO_(2))监测数据有效性、浓度超标率、年均值和特定百分位值等多个数据维度以及超标日浓度分布、标准差、显著性检验的多个统计学指标对北京市SO_(2)空气质量进行评估,并结合相关政策评价减排效果。结果显示:北京市近8年来SO_(2)各统计指标浓度持续下降;所有指标均达到二级标准;2018年以后达到一级标准,空气质量持续改善;SO_(2)减排政策实施效果明显。此外,整体采用的统计学方法将监测现状与国家颁布标准及规范相匹配,为空气质量评估方法提供了新思路,对空气质量改善具有重要意义。Based on the latest standards and specifications promulgated in China,12 monitoring points in Beijing were selected.The air quality of sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))in Beijing was evaluated from multiple data dimensions such as the effectiveness of SO_(2)monitoring data,the concentration exceedance rate,the annual average value,and specific percentile values,as well as multiple statistical indicators such as the concentration distribution on the exceedance days,the standard deviation,and the significance test.Combined with relevant policies,the emission reduction effect was evaluated.The results showed that in the past 8 years in Beijing,the concentrations of various statistical indicators of SO_(2)had continued to decline;all indicators had reached the second-level standard;since 2018,they had reached the first-level standard,and the air quality had continued to improve;the implementation effect of the SO_(2)emission reduction policy was obvious.In addition,the overall use of statistical methods to match the monitoring status with the national standards and specifications provided new ideas for the air quality assessment method and was of great significance for the improvement of air quality.
