摘  要:浮筒式内转塔单点(STP)是一种可解脱单点系泊系统,单点月池局部结构是STP甲板系统的一部分,主要功能是连接FPSO或FLNG船体与STP水下系统。本文介绍STP单点系泊系统的构成,建立数学模型,考虑接触面摩擦系数,根据STP浮筒和单点月池局部结构特征推导了单点月池局部结构所受接触界面载荷的计算方法,并给出了预紧力折减系数的计算过程。通过分析单点月池局部结构受载情况,给出了结构分析中接触载荷、系泊系统预紧力载荷、船体总纵弯曲载荷等的加载方法和相应算例。The buoy type internal turret single point mooring system is a type of internal turret detachable single point mooring system. The Mating Cone Module is a part of the buoy type internal turret single point mooring deck system, mainly used to connect the FPSO or FLNG hull and the buoy type internal turret single point mooring underwater system. This article introduces the composition of a buoy type internal turret single point mooring system, establishes a mathematical model and derives the calculation formula for the contact interface load on the Mating Cone Module structure based on the structural characteristics, taking into account the friction coefficient and structural characteristics, and provides the calculation process for the pre-tension force reduction coefficient. Then, the loading method for contact load, mooring system pre-tension load and longitudinal hull bending load in structural analysis are provided. Corresponding evaluation example of a Mating Cone Module is provided in the end.
