摘　　要：梳理国外海基核力量发展动向,围绕美、俄、英、法等主要国家新一代装备建设情况进行系统性研究,包括战略核潜艇、潜射弹道导弹等。在对比各国现役主力及新一代战略核潜艇基础上,分析新一代海基核威慑力量典型技术特征,并从装备发展、项目管理、新质能力建设等方面归纳发展态势,研提相关认识和启示建议。To sort out the development trend of foreign sea-based nuclear forces, and systematically research the development of new-generation equipment of major countries such as the United States, Russia, Britain and France, including strategic nuclear submarines and submarine-launched ballistic missiles, etc;to analyze the typical technical characteristics of the new-generation sea-based nuclear deterrent forces based on a comparison of the main forces in service of the above countries and the new-generation strategic nuclear submarines;to summarize the trend of development in the areas of equipment development, project management and the construction of new qualitative capabilities;to study and put forward relevant insights and inspirational suggestions. It will also summarize the development trends in terms of equipment development, project management and new quality capability building, and will study and propose relevant understanding and insights.
