育龄期不孕症患者病耻感与感知伴侣回应性、生育压力的关联

摘　　要：目的:探讨育龄期不孕症患者病耻感与感知伴侣回应性、生育压力的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1月-2023年12月某妇幼保健院育龄期女性不孕症患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、女性不孕症患者羞辱感量表(ISS)、感知伴侣回应性量表(PPRS)、生育相关压力量表(FPI)对不孕症患者进行问卷调查,Pearson分析病耻感与感知伴侣回应性、生育压力的相关性。结果:本次研究共发放260份问卷,有效问卷244份;本研究中育龄期女性不孕症患者病耻感中等水平占比68.85%,低水平占比24.59%,高水平占比6.56%;Pearson相关分析显示,育龄期不孕症患者感知伴侣回应性与自我贬损、社会退缩、家庭侮辱及病耻感总分均呈负相关(r=-0.435,-0.392,-0.286,-0.361;P<0.05),生育压力总分与自我贬损、社会退缩、周围人群侮辱、家庭侮辱及病耻感总分均呈正相关(r=0.402,0.378,0.287,0.305,0.353;P<0.05)。结论:多数育龄期女性不孕症患者病耻感处于中等水平,病耻感与感知伴侣回应性、生育压力密切相关,可通过提高伴侣回应性感知,降低生育压力,来降低患者病耻感。Objective:To explore the correlation between stigma and perceived partner responsiveness and reproductive stress in patients with infertility of childbearing age.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select female infertility patients of childbearing age from January 2022 to December 2023 in the Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the research subjects.Questionnaires were used to investigate infertility patients with general information questionnaire,infertility stigma scale(ISS),perceived partner responsiveness scale(PPRS),and fertility problem inventory(FPI).Pearson analyzed the correlation between stigma and perceived partner responsiveness and reproductive stress.Results:A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed,and 244 were valid questionnaires;In this study,68.85%of female infertility patients of childbearing age had a moderate level of stigma,24.59%had a low level,and 6.56%had a high level;Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived partner responsiveness of infertile women of childbearing age was negatively correlated with the total scores of self-abasement,social withdrawal,family insult and sense of shame(r=-0.435,-0.392,-0.286 and-0.361;P<0.05).The total score of reproductive stress was positively correlated with self-humiliation,social withdrawal,humiliation of surrounding people,family humiliation and total score of sense of shame(r=0.402,0.378,0.287,0.305,0.353;P<0.05).Conclusion:Most female infertility patients of childbearing age have a moderate level of stigma,which is closely related to the perceived partner responsiveness and reproductive stress.It can be reduced by improving perceived partner responsiveness and reducing reproductive stress.
