摘　　要：目的:探讨重返工作乳腺癌生存者家庭弹性与工作投入的关系,研究癌因性疲乏的中介作用和子女性别的调节作用。方法:采用一般资料调查表、家庭弹性评定量表中文简化版、癌症疲乏量表中文版、工作投入量表对方便选取的205名重返工作乳腺癌患者进行调查。结果:(1)家庭弹性、癌因性疲乏及工作投入之间均存在显著的两两相关;(2)癌因性疲乏在家庭弹性和工作投入之间起到部分中介的作用(β=-0.531,P<0.01),间接效应值为0.044;(3)子女性别在工作投入与癌因性疲乏(β=-1.011,P<0.01)、家庭弹性(β=-0.764,P<0.01)间发挥调节作用。结论:家庭弹性会直接或间接通过癌因性疲乏影响乳腺癌生存者工作投入水平;子女性别可以调节家庭弹性、癌因性疲乏对工作投入的影响。临床工作者在制定关于乳腺癌生存者工作相关干预策略时,不仅要考虑家庭弹性的积极作用,还应加强患者癌因性疲乏症状的管理。Objective:To investigate the relationship between family resilience and work engagement in breast cancer survivors who returned to work,and to investigate the mediating role of cancer-related fatigue and the moderating effect of children's gender.Methods:A total of 205 return-to-work breast cancer survivors were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,the Chinese simplified version of the Family Resilience Rating Scale,the Chinese version of the Cancer Fatigue Scale,and the Work Engagement Scale.Results:①There were significant correlations among family resilience,cancer-related fatigue and work engagement.②Cancer-related fatigue partially mediated the relationship between family resilience and work engagement(β=-0.531,P<0.01),and the indirect effect size was 0.044.③Children's gender played a moderating role in the relationship between work engagement and cancer-related fatigue(β=-1.011,P<0.01)and family resilience(β=-0.764,P<0.01),respectively.Conclusion:Family resilience can directly or indirectly affect the work engagement level of breast cancer survivors through cancer-related fatigue.The gender of children can adjust the impact of family resilience and cancer-related fatigue on work engagement.Clinicians should not only consider the positive role of family resilience when developing intervention strategies related to the work of breast cancer survivors,but also strengthen the management of patients'symptoms of cancer-related fatigue.
