双向回馈式健康教育联合积极心理暗示对老年胃镜检查患者心理状态及不良反应改善中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究双向回馈式健康教育联合积极心理暗示在老年胃镜检查患者心理状态及不良反应改善中的应用效果。方法:分别收集某院2021年1月-2022年6月、2022年7月-2023年12月就诊的167例、146例老年胃镜检查患者的临床资料,分别设为对照组与观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受双向回馈式健康教育联合积极心理暗示。观察两组不良反应及满意度,并对两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及舒适度进行干预前后对比。结果:观察组干预后SDS评分、SAS评分比对照组低(t=8.547,10.071;P<0.01)。观察组干预后精神、心理、生理评分比对照组高(t=8.898,9.918,12.222;P<0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率5.48%,比对照组的14.37%低(χ^(2)=6.710,P<0.05)。观察组沟通和信息、尊重、优质护理照顾、情感支持评分比对照组高(t=11.832,10.455,12.892,13.669;P<0.01)。结论:对老年胃镜检查患者,给予双向回馈式健康教育联合积极心理暗示干预,有助于改善患者心理状态,减少不良反应,提升满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of bidirectional feedback health education combined with positive psychological suggestion in improving mental state and adverse reactions in elderly patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods:The clinical data of 167 and 146 elderly patients with gastroscopy from January 2021 to June 2022 and from July 2022 to December 2023 were collected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received bidirectional feedback health education combined with positive psychological suggestion on this basis.The adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were observed,and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and comfort level of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:SDS score and SAS score after intervention in observation group were lower than control group(t=8.547,10.071;P<0.01).The mental,psychological,physiological,sociocultural and environmental scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=8.898,9.918,12.222;P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.48%,which was lower than 14.37%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.710,P<0.05).The scores of communication and information,respect,quality nursing care and emotional support in observation group were higher than those in control group(t=11.832,10.455,12.892,13.669;P<0.01).Conclusion:For elderly gastroscopy patients,bidirectional feedback health education combined with positive psychological suggestion intervention is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients,reduce adverse reactions and enhance satisfaction.
