摘 要:目的:探究心理减压疗法配合理性情绪行为疗法改善重症科护理人员职业倦怠感、职业紧张感及抗逆力的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月于某院工作的33位重症科护士为研究对象,将2020年3月-2021年3月期间的重症科护士设置为对照组(n=33),对照组为自身空白对照,将2021年4月-2022年3月期间的重症科护士设置为观察组(n=33),予以心理减压疗法配合理性情绪行为疗法干预2个月。比较两组受试者干预前、干预2个月后职业倦怠感[护士职业倦怠量表(NBS)]、职业紧张感[职业紧张量表(OSI-R)]、抗逆力(医护人员抗逆力评价量表)、心理一致感[中文版心理一致感量表(SOC-13)]差异。结果:干预2个月后,观察组受试者NBS量表中工作环境特征、倦怠、积极人格特征、应对策略、倦怠结局、总分得分均低于对照组(t=6.429,25.009,21.068,18.205,15.318,25.878;P<0.001);观察组受试者OSI-R量表中ORQ、PSQ得分均低于对照组(t=19.884,16.329;P<0.001),PRQ得分高于对照组(t=14.892,P<0.001);观察组受试者医护人员抗逆力评价量表中决策对应、人际联结、理性思维、柔性自适得分均高于对照组(t=3.535,7.396,5.773,5.968;P<0.001);观察组受试者SOC-13量表中价值感、理解感、可控制感(t=6.099,4.242,7.016;P<0.001)得分均高于对照组。结论:心理减压疗法配合理性情绪行为疗法能降低重症科护理人员职业倦怠感、职业紧张感,提升抗逆力及心理一致感。Objective:To explore the effects of psychological stress reduction therapy combined with rational emotive behavior therapy on improving the occupational burnout,occupational stress and resilience of nursing staff in intensive care department.Methods:A total of 33 nurses who worked in intensive care department of the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Nurses in intensive care department from March 2020 to March 2021 were set as control group(n=33)for blank control.Nurses in intensive care department from April 2021 to March 2022 were assigned to observation group(n=33)and were given psychological stress reduction therapy combined with rational emotive behavior therapy for 2 months.The differences in occupational burnout[nurse burnout scale(NBS)],occupational stress[occupational stress inventory revised edition(OSI-R)],resilience(resilience scale of medical staff)and psychological coherence[sense of coherence 13-item scale(SOC-13)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 2 months of intervention.Results:After 2 months of intervention,the scores of dimensions of working environment characteristics(t=6.429,P<0.001),burnout(t=25.009,P<0.001),positive personality characteristics(t=21.068,P<0.001),coping strategies(t=18.205,P<0.001)and burnout outcome(t=15.318,P<0.001)and total score(t=25.878,P<0.001)of NBS scale in observation group were lower than those in control group.The ORQ score(t=19.884,P<0.001)and PSQ score(t=16.329,P<0.001)of OSI-R scale in observation group were lower than those in control group while the PRQ score(t=14.892,P<0.001)was higher than that in control group.The scores of decision correspondence(t=3.535,P<0.001),interpersonal connection(t=7.396,P<0.001),rational thinking(t=5.773,P<0.001)and flexible adaptation(t=5.968,P<0.001)of resilience scale of medical staff were higher in observation group than those in control group.The scores of items of sense of value(t=6.099,P<0.001),sense of understanding(t=4.242,P<0.001)and sense of con
