麻醉护理一体化管理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察麻醉护理一体化管理在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年5月该院收治的83例腹腔镜手术患者临床资料,按照护理方式不同将其分为对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予麻醉护理一体化管理。比较两组康复指标[自主呼吸恢复、麻醉苏醒、麻醉恢复室(PACU)停留时间]水平,护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,以及不良事件发生率。结果:研究组自主呼吸恢复时间、麻醉苏醒时间、PACU停留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用麻醉护理一体化管理可改善腹腔镜手术患者康复指标水平,降低疼痛程度评分,减少不良事件的发生,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of integrated management of anesthesia and nursing in patients during laparoscopic surgeries.Methods:The clinical data of 83 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries in this hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the integrated management of anesthesia and nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The rehabilitation indexes[spontaneous breathing recovery,anesthesia recovery,post anesthesia care unit(PACU)stay time]levels,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores before and after the nursing,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The spontaneous breathing recovery time,the anesthesia recovery time and the PACU stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine nursing,adopting integrated anesthesia nursing management can improve the recovery index level,reduce pain level score of patients during laparoscopic surgery,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and the effect is better than simple routine nursing.
