摘　　要：更为主动的精神力量是中国共产党自身精神状态的反映与干事创业的凭借,其建基于中华民族与中华文明延续孕育的历史文化土壤之上、生发于中国共产党追求理想的进程之中、在马克思主义政治信仰支撑下得以持续激发。百余年来,更为主动的精神力量经历了“浴血奋战的革命精神—发愤图强的建设热情—锐意进取的改革斗志—自信自强的精神风貌”的历史嬗变,反映着民族复兴伟业的接力与积极主动精神的承续。在这一历史进程中,中国共产党立足政治诉求、总结历史经验、探寻精神规律,逐渐凝练出立足实践并坚守理性的生发机制、唤醒并引塑群众精神状态的运行机制以及解放思想与实事求是辩证统一的调节机制,并在三种机制的协同中保持着精神的主动姿态、彰显着精神的实践伟力。The more active spiritual force is the reflection of the CPC's own spiritual state and the reliance on it to fulfill its original mission.It is rooted in the historical and cultural soil of mutual feeding and coexistence between the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization,born in the process of bridging the tension between ideal and reality,and continuously stimulated by the support of Marxist political belief.Over the past hundred years,the more active spiritual force has experienced the historical development of “the revolutionary spirit of bloody struggle,the construction enthusiasm of striving for excellence,the enterprising spirit of reform,the spirit of self-confidence and self-improvement”,reflecting the relay of the cause of national rejuvenation and the continuation of the active spirit.In this historical process,based on political demands,summarizing historical experience,and exploring spiritual laws,the CPC has gradually refined a generative mechanism for maintaining rationality on the basis of practice,an operational mechanism for awakening and shaping the mental state of the masses,and a regulatory mechanism for the dialectical unity of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts.In the coordination of the three mechanisms,the ideal state of spirit is maintained and the practical power of spirit is demonstrated.
