大学生协同祖辈出游的行为机理构建——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

摘　　要：子女支持老年人出游已经成为一个较为普遍的社会现象,但隔代支持行为是如何产生及其延续的内在机理尚未得到足够的关注和研究。为此,通过对40名大学生的深度访谈,运用扎根理论探究我国大学生协同祖辈出游现象,以行为动因、行为约束、行为过程、行为反馈和行为效益为5大要素,构建我国大学生协同祖辈出游的行为机理模型。研究发现:大学生协同祖辈出游受多种因素推动但又受限于5类约束条件,大学生通常会采取行动应对约束条件以实现协同祖辈出游行为,祖辈也会相应地对大学生的协同行为做出体验、情感、认同、行动和意愿的反馈;整个旅行过程与隔代互动将产生大学生能力成长、祖辈修养身心、教育习得、幸福感提升和深化家庭关系的效益,这些效益的正负又将影响新一轮的行为动因的调适和重构。探讨大学生协同祖辈出游是对家庭旅游研究视角的延伸,加强了家庭旅游领域里关于隔代支持老年人出游行为的研究,丰富了“孝心旅游”市场研究的知识体系,为老年旅游提质升级提供了新思路。Children assisting their seniors for travelling has become a relatively common social phenomenon,but the internal mechanism of how every-other-generation assisting their seniors for travelling arises and its continuation has not received enough attention and research.Therefor,this study adopts grounded theory and explores the phenomenon of college students in China assisting their grandparents with travel through in-depth interviews with 40 college students,and constructs a conceptual model of the behavioral mechanism of Chinese college students travelling with their grandparents by taking five elements of behavioral motivation,behavioral constraints,behavioral process,behavioral feedback,and behavioral benefits.This study has found that college students' assisting their grandparents with travel are driven by various factors but are limited by five types of constraints;college students usually take actions to cope with these constraints in order to achieve the goal of assisting their grandparents with outings,and their grandparents will correspondingly provide feedback on their collaborative behavior in terms of experience,emotion,identity,action,and willingness;the whole process of traveling and the inter-generational interaction will get benefits of the growth of college students' abilities,the cultivation of their grandparents' physical and mental health,educational acquisition,enhancement of their sense of happiness,and the deepening of family relationships.The positive and negative effects of these benefits will also affect the adjustment and reconstruction of a new round of behavioral motivation.This study is an extension of family tourism research,strengthening the research and exploration of every-other-generation assisting senior travel in the field of family tourism,enriching the knowledge system of “filial piety tourism” market research,and providing new ideas for upgrading the quality of senior tourism.
