摘 要:分布式电源规模化接入给配电网的可靠运行带来挑战,合理调控用户侧多元灵活性资源可为配电网灵活运行注入新的活力。然而,传统配电网集中调控的方式难以应对海量节点的能量管理及信息互动需求。为此,提出一种面向多元灵活性资源功率聚合的配电台区优化运行方法。首先,基于蒙特卡洛算法,对台区内的电动汽车充电负荷、空调电负荷、可中断负荷、用户侧储能等灵活调控资源进行多维度的功率聚合。在此基础上,建立电动汽车充电负荷、空调负荷和可中断负荷参与不同类型需求响应的模型,提出了综合考虑经济性与用能舒适度的配电台区多目标协调优化运行方法。最后,以某县级配电台区为例进行分析,并对各类灵活性资源的需求响应潜力进行评估,验证了所建立模型的合理性,证明了所提出的优化运行方法能够有效地增大配电网光伏消纳率。The large-scale integration of distributed generation poses challenges to the reliable operation of distribution networks.Proper regulation of multiple user side flexible resources can inject new vitality into the flexible operation of distribution networks.However,traditional centralized control methods in distribution networks are difficult to cope with the energy management and information interaction needs of numerous nodes.This paper proposes an optimal operation method for distribution substation areas focusing on the power aggregation of multiple flexible resources.First,based on Monte Carlo algorithm,this paper aggregates power from flexible controllable resources,such as electric vehicle charging load,air conditioning electric load,interruptible load,and user side energy storage in a multidimensional manner within the substation area.On this basis,models of electric vehicle charging load,air conditioning electric load and interruptible load participating in different types of demand response are established,and a multi-objective coordinated optimization method is proposed that considers both economic efficiency and energy comfort in the operation of the distribution substation area.Finally,an analysis is conducted on a county-level distribution substation area,and the demand response potential of multiple flexible resources is evaluated.The results verify the validity of the established model and proves that the proposed optimal operation method can effectively increase the photovoltaic consumption rate of the distribution network.
