注意力的公共竞技场:网络平台“媒介化调解”的传播失范及善治准则  

Public Arena of Attention:The Communication Anomie of"Media-Based Mediation"on Online Platforms and Good Governance Principles

摘　　要：因刚性制度监管缺位,网络平台以流量为导向推动的“媒介化调解”逐渐形成基于自治逻辑的纠纷话题的公共竞技场,其内容生产与传播的伦理失序不可避免。通过对1201个样本账号及36个重点账号的观察发现,媒介化调解呈现中存在调解“假事件”、账号运营商业化、内容取向低俗化等道德范畴传播失范问题,以及调解主体违背当事人隐私意愿、新技术介入导致调解共享价值偏差等伦理范畴传播失范问题。缺少伦理价值牵引的媒介化调解易在社会舆论场中引发舆情,偏离向善的伦理原则。应以同时遵从真相、秩序双重导向兼顾的底线伦理准则和责任、信念伦理统合的高阶伦理准则的善治准则来引导媒介化调解实践。In the absence of strict institutional oversight,**media-based mediation**—driven by the logic of information flow on online platforms—has gradually evolved into a public arena for dispute-related topics governed by autonomous mechanisms.However,ethical disorder in the production and dissemination of such content has become an inevitable consequence.Based on an analysis of 1,201 sample accounts and 36 key accounts,this study identifies significant ethical anomalies in media-based mediation.These include the fabrication of events,the commercialization of account operations,the promotion of vulgar content,violations of individuals'privacy preferences,and distortions of shared values caused by the intervention of new media technologies.Such ethical lapses result in communication anomie,undermining the normative foundations of mediation practices.Without ethical value guidance,media-based mediation is prone to triggering intense public opinion and deviating from fundamental ethical principles of goodness.To address these issues,media-based mediation must be guided by principles of sound governance that uphold both bottom-line ethics—centered on truth and order—and higher-order ethics,which emphasize responsibility and the ethical integrity of belief systems.
