“以殇化熵”:数字纪念的情动机制与社会整合导向

摘　　要：如何克服死亡带来的情感创伤,是“殇”文化的核心诉求。当前学界研究多聚焦于数字纪念的技术价值和用户情感,而较少从“熵理论”的视角关注公共危机事件发生之后网络哀悼的情动效果及其对社会序度的影响。本研究以“齐齐哈尔三十四中体育馆坍塌事件”为个案研究对象,运用文本共现和语义网络分析方法,探究数字殇悼的情动效应及其社会整合功能。研究发现,数字殇悼通过“会话-结盟-切己”的情动机制,构建起跨时空的记忆之网。这种数字化记忆网络不仅为情感宣泄提供合法空间,更通过有序的熵控机制重构社会支持体系。研究建议,应在政府治理中正视数字殇悼的社会功能,将其纳入危机事件后的社会整合机制,以共情网络促进社会韧性的提升。Overcoming the emotional trauma of death lies at the heart of mourning culture.While existing academic research has primarily focused on the technical affordances and user emotions associated with digital mourning,relatively little attention has been paid to its affective impact on social order—particularly from the perspective of entropy theory in the context of public crisis events.Using the Qiqihar No.34 Middle School Gymnasium Collapse as a case study,this research applies text co-occurrence and semantic network analysis to investigate the emotional dynamics and integrative function of digital mourning.The findings reveal that digital mourning constructs a crosstemporal memory network through an affective mechanism of"conversation–alliance–identification."This process not only legitimizes emotional expression but also facilitates the reconstruction of social support systems through the controlled regulation of social entropy.The study argues that governmental authorities should recognize the socio-emotional value of digital mourning and integrate it into post-crisis social integration strategies.By leveraging empathy-based networks,digital mourning can play a pivotal role in enhancing collective emotional resilience and reinforcing social cohesion in the aftermath of public tragedies.
