摘  要:基于当前研究中缺少对涡流或强制环状流的文丘里管冲刷腐蚀研究的问题,根据实际应用中常用的旋流叶片角度、入口含水率以及连续相流体流速、离散相固体颗粒的粒径与浓度,进行CFD-DEM流固耦合数值计算。结果表明:文丘里管最大冲刷腐蚀率(冲蚀率)与旋流叶片倾角呈现一定的指数关系,冲蚀率随着倾角的增大先增大后减小,在叶片倾角45°时达到极大值,为2.36×10^(-2) kg/(m^(2)·s)。冲蚀率随着含水率的增大先略有增大后迅速减小最后基本不变。冲蚀率随着连续相流速的增大而增大。冲蚀率随着颗粒粒径的增大而增大且基本呈现线性变化,而不同浓度下冲蚀率的变化趋势不同。基于多元非线性回归方法建立的最大冲蚀率预测模型的精度较高。Due to the limited research on the erosion-corrosion of vortex-induced or forced annular flow in Venturi tubes in current studies,CFD-DEM fluid solid coupling numerical calculations were conducted using commonly used swirl blade angles,inlet moisture content,continuous phase fluid flow velocity,and discrete phase solid particle size and concentration in practical applications.The results show that the maximum erosion-corrosion rate of Venturi tubes exhibited an exponential relationship with the swirl blade inclination angle,and the erosion-corrosion rate initially increased and then decreased as the inclination angle increased.The maximum value was 2.36×10-2 kg/(m2·s)at the blade inclination angle of 45°.The erosion-corrosion rate increased slightly with the increase of moisture content,then rapidly decreased,and finally remaine'd basically unchanged.The erosion-corrosion rate increased with the increase of continuous phase flow velocity.The erosion-corrosion rate increased in a linear manner with the increase of particle size,and the erosion-corrosion rate trend varied with particle concentration.The prediction model for maximum erosion-corrosion rate,developed using multiple nonlinear regression,demonstrated high accuracy.
