摘 要:介绍35×12.50R20LT 121Q 10PR高通过性轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径885 mm,断面宽322 mm,行驶面宽度280 mm,行驶面弧度高14.8 mm,胎圈着合直径512.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度280 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.96,胎面花纹为对称形式,花纹深度16.4 mm,花纹饱和度50%,花纹周节数40。施工设计:胎面由胎面胶和基部胶组成,带束层采用2层2+7×0.28钢丝帘线,胎体采用3层1670dtex/2聚酯帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相关设计和企业标准要求。The design of 35×12.50R20LT 121Q 10PR high flotation light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 885 mm,crosssection width 322 mm,width of running surface 280 mm,arc height of running surface 14.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 280 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.96,using symmetric pattern for tread,pattern depth 16.4 mm,block/total ratio 50%,and number of pattern pitches 40.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:the tread was composed of tread compound and base compound,two-layer 2+7×0.28 steel cord,three-layer 1670dtex/2 polyester ply for carcass,using two stage building machine to build tire,and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high-speed performance all met the requirements of corresponding design and enterprise standards.
