摘 要:以235/65R17半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,对胎面配方进行正交试验设计,研究胎面配方中生胶体系、补强填充体系以及软化增塑体系变化对轮胎滚动阻力的影响。结果表明:胎面配方变化对轮胎滚动阻力有影响,其中炭黑、白炭黑、油及溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的用量是影响滚动阻力的主要因素,在一定范围内,炭黑和白炭黑的用量减小,滚动阻力降低,油和SSBR的用量增大,滚动阻力降低;油与炭黑的交互作用最强。Taking 235/65R17 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,an orthogonal experimental design of the tread formula was carried out to study the influence of changes in the rubber system,reinforced filling system and softening plasticizing system on the rolling resistance of the tire.The results showed that changes in tread formula had an effect on the rolling resistance of tire,among which the amount of carbon black,silica,oil and solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)were the main factors affecting the rolling resistance.Within a certain range,a reduction in the amounts of carbon black and silica led to a decrease in rolling resistance,while an increase in the amounts of oil and SSBR also resulted in a reduction in rolling resistance.The interaction between oil and carbon black was the strongest.
