摘  要:对全钢载重子午线轮胎低滚动阻力胎面胶配方进行研究。结果表明:与全天然橡胶(NR)胎面胶配方相比,NR与钕系顺丁橡胶并用,并增大白炭黑的用量后,胶料的压缩生热降低,耐磨性能提高,损耗因子减小;成品轮胎的耐久性能相当,滚动阻力降低,路试效果较好。The formula of low rolling resistance tread compounds of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that compared with the formula of full-natural rubber(NR)tread compound,the combination of NR and neodymium-based butadiene rubber,along with an increased amount of silica,led to a reduction in the compression heat generation,an improvement in the wear resistance,and a decrease in the loss factor.The durability of the finished tire was comparable,the rolling resistance was reduced and the road test results were good.
