摘  要:研究裂解炭黑(CBp)部分替代炭黑N660在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中使用5份CBp等量部分替代炭黑N660对胶料加工性能、物理性能、动态力学性能以及粘合性能均无不良影响;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均达到企业标准要求,且生产成本降低。The application of pyrolytic carbon black(CBp)as a partial replacement for carbon black N660 in the carcass compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the use of 5 phr of CBp as an equivalent partial substitute for carbon black N660 in the carcass compound of steel-belted radial tires had no adverse effects on the processing properties,physical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and adhesion properties of the compound.The high-speed performance and durability of finished tires met the standards of the enterprise,and the production cost of tires was reduced.
