混纺冠带材料对轿车子午线轮胎整车主观测试性能的影响

摘  要:对比研究1670dtex/1芳纶和1400dtex/1锦纶66混纺冠带材料与1400dtex/1锦纶66冠带材料对轮胎性能和整车主观测试性能的影响。结果表明:与1400dtex/1锦纶66冠带材料轮胎相比,混纺冠带材料轮胎的充气外直径减小,充气断面宽增大;接地压力分布更均匀;静态刚性中横向刚性较小,径向刚性相当,纵向和扭转刚性较大;滚动阻力增大;整车主观测试中,操纵稳定性和转向性能提高,舒适性能下降,与轮胎六分力的相关测试数据吻合。The effects of 1670dtex/1 aramid and 1400dtex/1 nylon 66 blended cap-ply materials and 1400dtex/1 nylon 66 cap-ply materials on tire performance and vehicle subjective testing performance were comparative studied.The results showed that compared with tires using 1400dtex/1 nylon 66 capply materials tires with blended cap-ply materials exhibited a reduced inflated peripheral dimension,an increased inflated cross-sectional width,and a more uniform distribution of grounding pressure.In terms of static rigidity,the lateral rigidity was small,the radial rigidity was equivalent,the longitudinal rigidity and torsional rigidity were relatively large,and the rolling resistance increased.In the vehicle subjective testing,the handling stability and steering performance were improved,while the comfort performance decreased,which was consistent with the relevant test data of the six component force of the tire.
